My children have finally reached an age where they can help me in the kitchen... and actually help me in the kitchen. It’s a wonderful thing. A pair of sous chefs at my disposal seven days a week. They make the salad, cut up the veggies, create our marinades and make a huge mess in the process. A complete and utter mess. Let me make sure you understand what I am saying. It’s because they love to do it. And it’s because I love to watch them have so much fun. The cleanup is not that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things.
