As a curvy girl and fashionista, I get excited when new trends hit the market, especially when there are fabulous plus size options. Below you will find seven skirts I am obsessed with and loving for spring. Happy shopping!
Totally tulle
When I saw this skirt on one of my favorite bloggers, Emmie Sandford, I instantly fell in love! It is like an adult tutu! I love the cut and midi length, which is so popular right now. It is also incredibly flattering with its flirty fabric and perfect for wearing with a graphic tee like Emmie did here, or dressed up for the ballet paired with a black cardigan and pearls. Of course, it should be mentioned that A-line skirts are a great choice for the plus-size girl. Find the skirt from Kiyonna here!

Sealed with a kiss
Now this plus size skirt is a surprise for me. SWAK Designs has great affordable basics but they are totally stepping up their game. This skirt is girlish and so delicate. I love that it is chiffon and has an elastic waistband. It is the best of both worlds! Comfy chic; I should trademark that. Mimic the look of plus-size style blogger Alison Teng of Curvy Girl Chic or pair with a different colored top for a color-blocked look.

Elegant glam
This sequin skirt is a curvy girl must-have. A new style from comeback kid Eloquii (say that three times fast), I absolutely adore it. Eloquii's aesthetic is sophisticated and classy; a nod to the feminine silhouette and equal parts sexy and elegant, this is a brand you must bookmark. I'd wear this skirt to a party with sexy stillettos a la Carrie Bradshaw or casually cool as shown here. When you come across festive pieces like this as a plus-size woman, you can't pass them up!
Simply adorable
Kisses aren't just for Valentine's Day! Simply Be's confection of a skirt is absolute perfection. As you can see, I fell in love with this skirt at an event a few weeks back and was devastated to part with it. This graphic pencil skirt is a great way to spice up your wardrobe with a whimsical print and is unlike anything else in your closet, I am sure. Don't be afraid to embrace your shape, and dare to be bold with a fun print. Find more photos of my fashion finds here.
Lovely in leather
This edgy skirt from ASOS Curve is one I've had on my wish list for a while. Skinny girls and big girls alike are all obsessed with ASOS. If you've never heard of the UK brand, take note. Their clothes are made well, priced well and easy to return if you need to. It also helps that they have an amazing plus-size clothing selection. I love the idea of wearing this leather skirt with a lacy or silk blouse. Leather is hot for spring and summer, and never before did you need it in your closet as much as you do now.
Sexy skater
Skater skirts are all the rage right now. The fast fashion trend doesn't seem to be going anywhere either. Wet Seal recently introduced their plus sizes and I am in love. This skirt is a new standard for me. Worn with something simple like a plain white T-shirt, or add a little edge with leather like I did, this cut is more versatile than you think and a terrific take-home for spring. For fabulous and trendy options that won't break the bank, you can always count on Wet Seal.

Fancy flounce
Lastly, one for the working girl. This pencil skirt looks like it walked straight out of a high rise and is the perfect choice if you are looking for elegant workwear. It's well constructed, which you can always count on from Lane Bryant, and a part of their new runway-inspired Lane Collection. Flattering and a great go-to for business meetings or job interviews, this is a staple piece you won't regret.
